NEW YORK — Christie Brinkley is going down with a fight in her divorce battle with ex-hubby Peter Cook.
The 54-year-old supermodel wants the juicy details behind her divorce made public, including claims that Cook surfed the Web looking for women on swingers sites, in addition to look at porn, a source tells Access Hollywood.
On Thursday, Brinkley appeared in New York Supreme Court in an attempt to follow through on her wishes.
Brinkley and Cook announced their split in July 2006 after 10 years of marriage. They have one child together, daughter Sailor, who turns 10 on July 2.
The former couple's marriage ended after Cook admitted to carrying on a year-long affair with his then 18-year-old assistant, Diana Bianchi.
"I'm sorry. I'm contrite. I'm stupid. Foolish. No excuse," the 49-year-old architect said at the time.
The divorce is the fourth for Brinkley, who was previously married to artist Jean-Francois Allaux (1973-1981), musician Billy Joel (1985-1994) and developer Richard Taubman (1994-1995).
Brinkley also has a daughter Alexa Ray, 22, with Joel, and a son, Jack Paris, 13, with Taubman. Jack was later adopted by Cook and has been part of the former couple's custody battle.
A source tells Access that Brinkley wants the case made public because "she's still spitting mad at Cook."
Brinkley and Cook's divorce case is scheduled to begin on July 2.
