HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Charlie Sheen is in the process of leaving rehab and will resume work on Two and a Half Men next week, his rep tells The Hollywood Reporter.
The 44-year-old actor will be back on the job next Tuesday after entering rehab for an undisclosed reason on Feb. 23. Sheen's treatment halted production on the hit CBS show.
Last month, Sheen was formally charged with felony menacing stemming from a Christmas Day incident in which he allegedly held a knife to wife Brooke Mueller's throat during a holiday getaway. He also faces misdemeanor charges of third-degree assault and criminal mischief.
Sheen, who did not enter a plea, is due back in court on Monday, the day before he returns to work.
