HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Carrie Underwood is apparently heating up the ice.
The "American Idol" winner is reportedly dating hockey star Mike Fisher, according to the Ottawa Citizen. The pair's romance is said to have begun shortly after the center went backstage at an Underwood concert last March.
On Saturday, the 25-year-old Grammy winner was captured on the Jumbotron "Hug Cam" at the Air Canada Centre, where she was reportedly in a VIP box with Fisher's parents and his brother Bud, a fellow hockey player.
She is also said to have spent New Year's Eve with Fisher's sister, as the pair went about getting pedicures and being pampered at Rinaldo, a swanky local spa and hair salon.
"She was here with Mike Fisher's sister and the staff took good care of them," Pat Rinaldo told the publication. "She was very quiet, very sweet and pleasant. She wasn't demanding at all, everyone loved her and a lot of people recognized her."
When asked about the possible romance Monday, the Ottawa Senators star skated away from answering the question.
"I can't comment on anything in my personal life, so that's about all I can say. I don't really want to say anything," he told the paper.
However, Ottawa fitness trainer Tony Greco, a close pal of Fisher's, told the Citizen that a romance is definitely brewing.
"I think it's serious, I mean he's really happy with her. They're a perfect match," said Greco.
Underwood, who has dated Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo and "Gossip Girl" star Chace Crawford, was most recently linked to former "Bachelor" Travis Stork.
