Barron Hilton Arrested For DUI

Barron Hilton, pictures, photos, pics, images, mugshotMALIBU, Calif. — Barron Hilton, the 18-year-old brother of Paris Hilton, was arrested this morning in Malibu for driving under the influence.

"We can confirm that Barron Hilton was arrested under the suspicion of driving under the influence at 8:04 a.m.," Los Angeles County Sheriff Spokesperson Steve Whitmore tells Usmagazine.com.

TMZ first reported the news that Barron was driving with a passenger in a black Mercedes on the Pacific Coast Highway when he was pulled over. Whitmore revealed that the younger Hilton had a blood alcohol reading of .14, which is twice the legal limit. (In California, .08 is considered legally intoxicated for drivers over 21.)

Paris Hilton was arrested for DUI in September 2006. She famously served time in jail last year for violating her probation related to the charges.
