HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — 50 Cent is being sued by a Florida woman who claims the rapper edited himself into her homemade sex tape and posted it online, according to the Associated Press.
Lastonia Leviston filed the lawsuit on Wednesday in Manhattan, claiming unauthorized use of her name or image and emotional distress caused by the public release of a video she made with an unidentified man in 2008. She contends that 50 Cent blurred out her lover's face and edited himself into the sex video as a wig-wearing narrator.
The lawsuit claims the 34-year-old music star posted the video on his Web site last year and proceeded to unlawfully distribute it over the Internet. It was posted in the midst of his feud with Rick Ross.
50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, has yet to comment on the lawsuit.
