In addition to pitching in for a good cause, the stars of the ABC show dished on what fans can expect in the upcoming third season.

"There's more extreme stuff, and there are some returning cases—characters that were on last season that come back," star Kate Walsh tells E! News. "It's fantastic. That's what I loved when [producer] Shonda [Rimes] first conceived this show, the idea that you would see recurring characters, where these patients come back in."
