Tour Dancer May Sue Demi Lovato Over Alleged Fight

Demi Lovato, dancer, fight, lawsuit, pictures, picture, photos, photo, pics, pic, images, image, hot, sexy, latest, new, 2010HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — The dancer who Demi Lovato allegedly punched out on a private jet could sue the Disney star.

Alex Welch, who performed as a backup dancer on the Jonas Brothers Camp Rock tour with Lovato, is said to be "considering her legal options" after retaining Beverly Hills attorney Donald Karpel, according to TMZ.

A source told the site that Welch was minding her own business when Lovato "walked up to [her] and with a closed fist, struck her on the left side of her face." She reportedly needed emergency medical attention after the blow.

TMZ obtained several photos showing the damage to Welch's face. They were reportedly taken days after the early November incident and show visible bruising around her left eye and cheek area.

Lovato, 18, checked into rehab shortly after the incident for what her reps described as "emotional and physical issues."
