President Barack Obama to Appear on 'Mythbusters'

Barack Obama, Mythbusters, pictures, picture, photos, photo, pics, pic, images, image, hot, sexy, latest, new, 2010WASHINGTON, D.C. — President Barack Obama will appear on an upcoming episode of the popular Discovery Channel series Mythbusters.

Obama, 49, made the announcement Monday at the White House Science Fair, where he was joined by the show's hosts, Jamie Hyneman and Adam Savage.

"I can announce today that I taped a special guest appearance for their show, although I didn't get to blow anything up... I was a little frustrated about that," joked Obama.

The President will be featured in the Dec. 8 Mythbusters episode, "Archimedes Solar Ray," during which he challenges the hosts to revisit an ancient and somewhat controversial myth: Did Greek scientist and polymath Archimedes set fire to an invading Roman fleet using only mirrors and the reflected rays of the sun?
