LOS ANGELES – Justin Bieber organized a private screening of 'Titanic' for Selena Gomez at Los Angeles' Staples Centre.
The romantic pop star closed down the huge venue so he and his girlfriend could watch the weepy blockbuster - which starred Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet - in private.
Justin's surprise was part of a special night he organised for Selena.
First, the 'Baby' singer took the 19-year-old singer-and-actress to Demi Lovato's concert at the nearby Nokia Theater on Friday and after the show had finished he told Selena to "come with me".
The 17-year-old star then led her to the empty arena - which holds up to 20,000 people - where the special screening was waiting for the young couple.
Selena is said to have been "thrilled" with her surprise.
According to TMZ.com, Justin got the idea from Adam Sandler's movie 'Mr. Deeds' in which his character organises a date for Winnona Ryder's alter-ego at New York's Madison Square Garden.
He also got use of the venue for free because no events were scheduled on the night he wanted it.
