Julia Stiles Denies Breaking Up Michael C. Hall's Marriage

Julia Stiles, Michael C. Hall, Jennifer Carpenter, affair, cheating, cheated, divorce, divorcing, split, breakup, break, up, marriage, pictures, picture, photos, photo, pics, pic, images, image, hot, sexy, latest, new, 2010HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Julia Stiles insists there's no such thing as a Dexter love triangle.

The actress is setting the record straight after several online reports suggested she has been getting cozy with Michael C. Hall. The rumor began soon after Hall and Jennifer Carpenter announced their plans to divorce earlier this week.

"I have absolutely nothing to do with the split between Michael and Jennifer," the 29-year-old Stiles told Us Weekly in a statement. "We are good friends and enjoyed working together. This is a personal matter between them, and we should respect their privacy."

She added, "Although I too prefer to keep my private life private, I felt compelled to dispel the rumors I was somehow the cause for this matter."

Hall, 39, and Carpenter, 31, met on the set of the hit Showtime series. They married on New Year's Eve in 2008.
