LONDON – Jessie J lost her favorite piece of jewelry last night.
The 'Price Tag' hitmaker was performing to a star-studded crowd in London, and though her heavily-strapped broken foot meant her movements on stage were minimized, the singer still managed to lose a ring as she gesticulated wildly during her performance.
She tweeted: "Does any of the heartbeats that watched last night have my ring? Its my fav :( It came off and I know it fell near you. Please let me know if you do. (sic)"
Jessie dressed for the show in a figure-hugging purple catsuit and matching wig, with her bust foot in a sparkly cast, and when she took to the stage for the launch of the BlackBerry 7 collection and music-sharing service BBM Music at Sketch, she joked that her tight outfit would spark more medical rumors.
She said: "This outfit is so tight I'm gonna have pregnancy rumours after this. I have a rice belly!"
The 23-year-old singer performed an energetic set for the crowd, which included cast members from reality TV show 'The Only Way Is Essex', Topshop boss Sir Philip Green and his daughter Chloe, Ellie Goulding, Paloma Faith and McFly bassist Dougie Poynter, but was annoyed by revelers who continued to talk during her performance.
She said: "I'm going to make a shout-out to all the people that didn't know who I am and came here to try and get a free phone.
"Thanks for talking through my songs. You make me want to write a better album that you will buy and like."
