HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Jaime Pressly has pleaded not guilty after being arrested for DUI last month in Santa Monica.
The actress entered her plea Friday in a L.A. Country courtroom, TMZ reports.
Pressly, 33, is facing two misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence, including allegations that her blood alcohol content was .20% or greater, which is nearly three times the legal limit.
The My Name is Earl star was arrested around 11 p.m. on Jan. 6. She spent the night in a Santa Monica jail before being released the next day on $15,000 bail.
The DUI arrest came just weeks before Pressly filed for divorce from husband Simran Singh after 15 months of marriage.
