LOS ANGELES – Hugh Jackman is keen to star in 'Glee'.
The 42-year-old actor - who is known as a lover of musical theatre - would love a star in the all-singing TV show, which has previously guest starred Gwyneth Paltrow and Neil Patrick Harris, even though he has only seen it once.
Speaking at the UK premiere of robot boxing movie 'Reel Steel' at London's Empire Leicester Square, Hugh told BANG Showbiz: "I would quite like to appear in 'Glee'. I've seen one episode so yeah, maybe."
Despite his keenness to involve himself in the show, he admits he is unlikely to adopt any more children alongside 11-year-old Oscar and six-year-old Ava, with his wife Deborra-Lee Furness.
He added: "Me and Deborra are done adopting kids now, I think we've covered that. But any parents watching this movie will see it does stir the emotions, that's for sure."
Hugh has previously played tough-guy roles including Wolverine in 'The X-Men' series, and the titular character in 'Van Helsing' and he reveals he prefers those roles.
He said: "I enjoy playing tough guys in movies because I'm really pretty boring in real life. I just get to be much more interesting on screen."
