LOS ANGELES – Holly Madison has insured her breasts for $1 million.
The former Playboy model has decided to protect her most valuable assets in case she should ever suffer a freak injury or accident and was no longer able to appear in erotic Las Vegas production 'Peepshow'.
Holly - who bares her 36D surgically enhanced boobs in the show - told People magazine: "I've heard about people getting body parts insured and I thought, 'Why not?' Because if anything happened to my boobs, I'd be out for a few months and I'd probably be out a million dollars. I thought I'd cover my assets."
Although the 31-year-old blonde beauty recognizes the slight absurdity of the policy - which she has taken out with insurance company Lloyd's of London - she insists it's a shrewd business decision because her breasts are her "money makers".
Holly - who starred with her ex-boyfriend Hugh Hefner in reality TV show 'The Girls Next Door' with Bridget Marquardt and Kendra Wilkinson - added: "I think it's kind of funny. I think they're getting the credit they deserve. They're my primary money makers right now."
