Demi Lovato Thanks Fans From Rehab

Demi Lovato, rehab, Facebook, pictures, picture, photos, photo, pics, pic, images, image, hot, sexy, latest, new, 2010HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Demi Lovato may have missed the recent People's Choice Awards due to her ongoing rehab stay, but the Disney star wants her fans to know she appreciates their support.

"I wish to thank all the friends and fans who voted for me for the People's Choice Awards and the Hot Hits Hottest Teen Stars of 2010," Lovato wrote Saturday on her official Facebook page. "I want to make sure my fans know how thankful I am for all their love, support and prayers during this difficult time. Thank you for standing beside me through it all."

Lovato won twice at last Wednesday's People's Choice Awards: favorite TV guest star for her role on Grey's Anatomy and favorite family TV movie for her Disney flick with the Jonas Brothers, Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam.

The starlet left her joint tour with the Jonas Brothers in November to enter rehab for "emotional and physical issues" after she got into a fight with dancer Alex Welch.
