HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Taylor Swift and Jake Gyllenhaal have reportedly called it quits after two months of dating.
"They're over," a source tells People magazine. "It ended last month."
Reps for both stars have yet to confirm the breakup, but an insider tells Us Weekly that Gyllenhaal initiated the split.
"He said he wasn't feeling it anymore and was uncomfortable with all the attention they got," explained the source. "He also said he could feel the age difference. Taylor is really upset. We told her not to move so fast with this but she didn't listen."
The two first sparked dating rumors in October when the country star brought the actor along to watch her BFF, Emma Stone, host Saturday Night Live.
Swift, 21, and Gyllenhaal, 30, were last seen together in public on Dec. 9 in Los Angeles. At the time, Gyllenhaal had just returned from a trip to Australia to promote his latest film, Love and Other Drugs.
They did not spend New Year's together, with Swift ringing in 2011 in Nashville while Gyllenhaal was in New York.
